I am an independent knowledge management consultant and the Founder of Working KnowledgeCSP, a knowledge management consulting company serving clients in the public, private, and international sectors. I am one of the original thought leaders, practitioners, and consultants applying knowledge management in the private and government sectors. A 20-year KM practitioner, KM trainer, and KM coach, I am an internationally recognized speaker on KM and a published author on knowledge management concepts, strategy, and implementation. I am a 25-year USAF veteran, wo also possesses 40 years of hands on Federal acquisition, contracting, and program management experience. I earned a professional degree in Engineering Management (Knowledge Management focus) from The George Washington University, an MBA from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, and a BS in Business and Economics from Lehigh University. In addition, I am a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College (DSMC) and the National Defense University, Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy (formerly Industrial College of the Armed Forces). I am also currently an Adjunct Professor of Knowledge Management at The University of Maryland University College.
