1 1/4 Cup (16 oz) Dark Chocolate (Dottie’s)
1 cup dark chocolate, brown
1 cup dark chocolate, brown, melted
1 1/2 Cups (200 g) Sorbet Butter (10 g)
0.5 tsp. vanilla, chopped (1-2g)
0.5 tsp salt
Freshly ground pepper (optional)
Tear down the side seams. Place on the stove top. Set aside on a covered work surface for 30 minutes.
1. Whisk together the butter, Dark Chocolate, Sorbet Butter, and 1 cup of caster sugar until well combined.
2. In a blender, blend everything together until creamy.
3. Whisk it until creamy, about 20-25 minutes.
4. Once completely combined, remove from heat and set aside. (This is a super simple version for kids because this is a cake, so go with the recipe if you have one.)
5. Remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl, using the small amount that will hold the butter down for the butter to start to thicken.
6. Add the melted butter and Sorbet Butter and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, reduce the heat, and cook for 15 minutes.
7. Stir in your prepared cake (you may need to split some of the cake to remove any
